DBA | The 2024 China-France outstanding entrepreneurs doctoral programs set sail!
The China-France Outstanding Entrepreneurs - Digital Intelligence Management and Innovation DBA Program (hereinafter referred to as the "China-France Outstanding Entrepreneurs Program") is the highest-level doctoral program for entrepreneur cultivation in the field of business administration jointly launched by Sun Yat-sen University and Grenoble Ecole de Management. It gathers top-notch faculty and leading talents from the academic and business circles of China, France, the United States, and other countries. Through advanced learning in different modules such as digital intelligence management and innovation courses (taught by Chinese faculty), academic research training (taught by French faculty), business applications of generative AI (taught jointly by Chinese and American faculty), and global innovation classrooms, it aims to cultivate scholar-type managers and thinker-type entrepreneurs.
On October 13th, 2024, the 2024 enrollment ceremony was held at the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University. Professor Yan Jie - Academic Director of Grenoble Ecole de Management, along with Zhang Junsheng - Dean of our school, Zhong Yibiao - Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Yifang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Wu Chenguang - the assistant to the dean, and Chen Honghui - Senior Academic Director of the Center for Excellence in Management Learning, Dr. Song Bo - the class advisor of DBA program enrolled in 2024, alumnus Dr. Zhang Qing - Director of the Jiangxi Industrial Internet Research Institute of China Telecom, and alumnus Dr. Wu Xianfeng - Director of Zhongtian Holding Group and Chairman of Zhongtian South China Group, were invited to attend and witness together the moment of honor for the class of 2024.

From December 8th to 15th, 2024, led by Professor Wu Chenguang - the assistant to the dean, and Mu Xin - Director of the Center for Excellence in Management Learning, the students traveled to Grenoble Ecole de Management. Nestled at the foot of the Alps, the students immersed themselves in a rigorous curriculum of advanced professional courses and cutting-edge research methods, visited leading enterprises, and delved into the French culture. The romantic French atmosphere and the new learning challenges all served as nourishment, fostering profound personal and intellectual growth.
