The School of Business has innovatively introduced the "School Leader Serving as Class Advisor" system

The School of Business upholds the principle of "undergraduate education as the foundation," fulfills its core mission of "cultivating people by strengthening moral education" and continuously implements educational and teaching reforms. Starting from the classes enrolled in 2024, the eight administrative classes of undergraduate freshmen will be respectively named "Boxue Class (Study Broadly), ShenwenClass (Enquire Solicitously), ShensiClass (Think Critically), MingbianClass (Discern Judiciously), DuxingClass (Act Prudently), ShanhengClass, Shansi Class, and Zhenhuan Class." Additionally, the school will innovatively introduce the "School LeaderServing as Class Advisor" system, under which each freshman class will be guided by both a full-time faculty advisor and a school leader serving as co-advisor.

Under the "School LeaderServing as Class Advisor" system, Professor Zhang Junsheng- Dean of the School of Business, Zhong Yibiao - Secretary of the Party Committee,Professor Qin Xin - Associate Dean, Professor Li Weiwen, Professor Wang Lin, Zhang Yifang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Professor Wu Chenguang - Assistant to the Dean, and Professor Wu Ji have each been assigned to one of the eight classesof undergraduateenrolled in 2024. They engaged in comprehensive and in-depth dialogues with students on topics related to academic learning, personal growth, and future aspirations.
