Vice President of EMLYON Business School Visited

On October 20, 2011, SHEN Dai, Vice President of EMLYON Business School, and Jacko XU, Director of Strategic Partnership & Operations, China, visited SYSBS. Associate Dean ZHANG Shujun, Director of EMBA Education Center CHEN Zhuming, and Director of International Affairs Office Rose LU gave a warm greeting to the guests.

Vice President SHEN gave a detailed introduction on EMLYON Business School, in terms of its educational philosophy, international faculty, ongoing programs and research strengths. At the same time he voiced the intention to initiate the cooperation with SYSBS. Associate Dean ZHANG highly appreciated EMLYON’s educational philosophy, teaching and research strengths and methods for training future talents. Also he expressed his views and ideas on the cooperation between two schools.

Both EMLYON and SYSBS are committed to educating talented leaders for the world, confident in business challenges, which is not only the foundation of cooperative partnership between two schools, but also the educational objective in the two schools. The two parties held a discussion on areas such as the development of business schools, brand identity, high-end cooperation and so on. Cooperative programs including luxury management and marketing, joint EMBA / post-EMBA were explored into details.

The meeting ended with souvenir giving. Both sides expected to promote bilateral exchanges and cooperation to higher-level through such meetings in the future.
