Delegation from WFI Visited SYSBS
On June 27-30, Prof. Johann Schneider, Professor of Economics, and Mr. Wolfgang Hans Ramsteck, Director of International Affairs and International Office Ingolstadt Campus from Ingolstadt School of Management, Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, Germany (normally WFI for short) visited SYSBS, to promote dual degree program, further discuss details of the program, enhance the cooperative relationship between the two insitutions, and also meet with their students to know their life at SYSBS.
Discussion covered topics to be included in a first memorandum as laid out in the Memorandum of Understanding between both institutions: (1) selection and admission to the dual degree program; (2) details of mutual approval of examinations and credits, and the conversion of grades; (3) documentation of examination regulations and graduation requirements; (4) Procedures for inter-institutional communication and documentation of all information relevant for credit transfer, recognition and graduation; (5) issues of quality assurance and evaluation; and (6) other issues relevant for the implementation of the program, including a lively presentation at the East Campus for students who would be interested in this program.
