Excel in the Performances, Improve the Quality of University Staff

To further sublimate university staff's ideological realm and improve their administrative ability, the party branch of president's office and the first party branch of SYSBS carried out pair-share activity taking advantage of “Excel in the Performances”. From mid June to mid July, they organized a series of training for administrative staff.
   
The training consisted of five lectures. Professor Chen Chunsheng, Professor Tan Jingsong, Professor Cai Lihui, Professor Wang Yongli made lectures on the issue of career development, improvement in university administration, the art of office management, communication and emotion management and so on. Staff from president office and SYSBS exchanged ideas and experience concerning professional quality of university staff and administrative work. The experts' solid theoretical foundation and wise opinions broadened the administrative staff's horizon and developed their ideas. Humorous way of talking and simple but profound examples made the laughter heard from time to time.

This event was part of “Excel in the performances”activitity which was organized by party branch of president office and SYSBS CPC committee. It theoretically deepened administrative staff's understanding about administrative work in university, clarified their position, contributed to improving efficiency and performance. Altogether more than 500 administrative staff from president office and SYSBS took part in the lecture.
