Tuyere： China Macroeconomic and Real Estate Trends - the 13th Whampoa Forum was successfully held in Sun Yat-sen University

In the afternoon of Dec 4, the 13th Whampoa Forum of Sun Yat-sen University was successfully held in the international conference hall in our University. Mr. Ma Guangyuan, who is Independent economist, Doctor of Economic, vice director of China economic commission, is the keynote speaker of this activity, and bring us the excellent speech entitled "Tuyere: China Macroeconomic and Real Estate Trends". Our dean Professor Wang Fan attended the event and delivered the welcome speech. The event is hosted by Vice director of Academy's Office, Ke Jianjie.

First of all, in the name of all teachers and students, Dean Wang expresses sincere welcome to Mr. Ma Guangyuan's presence, and made a brief introduction to the general profit of our university. While Dean Wang mentioned that "the Whampoa Forum" as a characteristic activity, not only belongs to management school of Sun Yat-sen University, but also continued its tradition held in Guangzhou once or twice in each year, and in the meanwhile, we will ''step out" to hold "the Whampoa Forum" across the country, to further expand its influence.

Next, Ma Guangyuan made the speech of "China Macroeconomic and Real Estate Trends". Ma Guangyuan first made brief introduction of the current economic situation and development trend in China. Then, Mr. Ma Guangyuan interpreted basic views about China's real estate in recent years, combining with the current economic situation. He noted that real estate is a barometer of China's economy. Meanwhile, Mr. Guangyuan Ma also made a judgment on China economic and real estate trends in the future. He thought the housing market cooling is temporary, either volume or price will be in adjustments, but the adjustments should be moderate.
