In November 24, the sixth "Shanhai Forum" economic management sub-forum was successfully convened at Shanheng Hall of our college and Lingnan School of Lingnan College. Economic management sub-forum was jointly hosted by our college and Lingnan College. Professor LI Guangzhong, the vice Dean of our college, and professor CAI Guowei, the assistant to the dean of Lingnan College are the forum moderators. About twenty experts and scholars from Xiamen University, Kaohsiung Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan, and Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou attended the Forum, and conducted communication and discussion for academic achievements in their respective fields.

He pointed out that the "Shanhai Forum" has become a largescale academic and scientific exchange platform between the three schools on both sides of Taiwan Strait. Since the first "Shanhai Forum" was held in Kaohsiung Sun Yat-sen University in 2011, the scholars of the three schools from both sides of Taiwan Straits have been closely linked to substantive cooperation in various fields, get gratifying results, and achieved a mutually beneficial and win-win situation. The topic of this economics and management sub-forum is "internet and finance". As an emerging field combined by traditional financial industry and internet spirit, internet finance brings rapid development and concept innovation. There are also many points worth exploring, and he hoped guests to express your opinions and pool your wisdom. Wishing this forum is held successfully.
In the first half of the forum, Professor WU Renhe and Professor LI Qingtan from Kaohsiung Sun Yat-sen University carried out report first. Professor WU Renhe demonstrated his research on the transformation of traditional industries to e-commerce. Professor LI Qingtan particularly analyzed the operation mechanism of R&D alliance of Taiwan long-term caring industries, and also the performance evaluation. Subsequently, our Professor CHEN Zhuming analyzed the current situation, problems and approaches of transformation from traditional bank to mobile internet finance, from the perspective of organization and innovation. Professor SHI Nin presented a new view on the working mechanism of Bitcoin. Assistant Professor WEI Lijian analyzed the formation principle of stock market liquidity stampede crisis and proposed solutions. Professor LUO Xudong from the philosophy department proposed an adaptive negotiated procedure for time-constrained bilateral negotiations with multi-issues.
In the second half of the forum, Professor ZHOU Yinggang from Xiamen University used network analysis method to measure the net effects of the fluctuations of RMB exchange rate against other currencies, and explored its determinants. Professor HAN Shuihua proposed the optimal strategies of on-line retail channels in different charging modes. Professor FANG Kuangnan investigated the internet credit system based on large data. Vice professor CAO Mukun puts forward research on justification-based e-business negotiations. The vice Professor QI Jun from Lingnan College analyzed the 90s' influence on current economic society with their background of growing up in internet era. Vice professor CAO Xiaping analyzed political influence and the influence of ownership upon enterprise investment.

"Shanhai Forum" is an academic forum jointly sponsored and jointly participated by Kaohsiung Sun Yat-sen University, Xiamen University and Guangzhou Sun Yat-sen University. It is hosted in turn by three universities, aimed at exploring cooperation opportunities between schools, and promoting the research capacity and international competitiveness in three universities.
