The director of the Office of International Affairs, Lu Xiaoyan, delivered a warm welcome to these international students on behalf of our school. Later, the international students made self-introduction one by one. The representative of the new students, the buddies and the representative of the student ambassadors also gave a speech. At the Orientation, the teachers from the Office of International Affairs introduced the situations of the school and the university and gave the students thoughtful guidance and reminding. The teachers of the MBA/MPAcc/MPM Education Center communicated with the students face-to-face and answered their questions about course selection and study one by one. Finally, the students toured around the teaching facilities and the International Lounge of our school.

There was also an extensive one-day culture tour around Guangzhou and some Buddy Club activities in the orientation. Through these activities, the international students could learn more about the land and people of Guangzhou, and learn more about our school. These activities also created more opportunities for the international students of our school to adapt to the new environment, experience and fit in with the Business School.
