The Party School of SYSBS Held the Opening Ceremony of the 21st Training Class for Activists of Party Application
??The opening ceremony of the 21st training class for activists of Party application of SYSBS was held in D209 of the south school building on eastern campus on the morning of April 22nd. There were 30 people who attended the ceremony including Qi Xiaoping, secretary of the Party committee of SYSBS, Yang Huayue, secretary of the Party affairs as well as activists of the Party application. Mr. Yang Huayue hosted this opening ceremony. ??
??The ceremony started with the solemn national anthem. Mr. Yang Huayue explained the significance for the Party School of SYSBS to hold the training class to the activists and also put forward the specific learning requirements for them. Yang Yuliang, activist representative of the 21st training class, shared the understanding and experience of learning with other activists.
??Later, secretary Qi Xiaoping has given a guidance report entitled as “Standards of Party Members” for activists. He has made an overall explanation on such aspects as the standards of Party members, detailed rules for the development of Party members by the Communist Party of China and the system of “three times of votes, five times of publicity and one time of reply” for the development of student Party members. Secretary Qi Xiaoping has also reviewed the oath to join the Party together with the activists and at the same time made a profound interpretation on the standards of undergraduate Party members. He thinks that undergraduate Party members should meet the following five standards, namely the standard of political ideology, the standard of academic record, the standard of social work, the standard of daily performance and the standard of mass base. After that, he has explained in a detailed manner the development procedures for student Party members in combination with “Detailed Rules for the Development of Party Members by the Communist Party of China” and “The System of Three Times of Votes, Five Times of Publicity and One Time of Reply for the Development of Student Party Members”.
??This opening ceremony of the training class for activists of Party application and the guidance report have deepened the activists’ understanding of the Party, helped them to correct their motives to join the Party, and confirmed their communist ideal and belief. It is reported that the 21st training class will also hold a series of other activities including a session to share red classical works, social practice and knowledge contest on Party constitution and rules, seeking to enhance the political theoretical level of those activists and cultivate their party spirit through colorful activity forms.??
