??The Career Mentorship Program, implemented by the Sun Yat-sen Management School since 2006, is a program that instructs junior undergraduates in vocational development and professional practice. It is designed to promote students’ comprehensive development in terms of virtues, intelligence, sports, arts and diligence. That is how we improve students’ career competitiveness to meet the demand for qualified talents in the society. Our social resources have helped us a lot to launch this innovative program. A total of 628 alumni and 2,157 students participated in the program, which has gone through ten years since the very beginning. On May 18, 2014, the Career Mentorship Program was awarded the Excellent Project of University on Student Affairs Management in Guangdong Province. Only this program won this honor in our university. It is the enthusiasm and commitment of our alumni who work as mentors that students of our school benefit greatly from, grade by grade. The ever-improving program provides a broader vision for students to contact the society and offers useful advice and help from different perspectives. By connecting alumni and students together, this talent development program promises a bright future for all parts involved.
