Our Three Professors, Chen Bin, Xie Kang and Xiao Jinghua, Won the First Prize in the 2011-2015 China Information Economics Theoretical Contribution Award.
In order to encourage and promote theoretical innovation of Chinese information economy and information management and further show the latest theory innovation achievements of Chinese information economy and information management, China Information Economics Society launched the selection of 2016 China information economics outstanding achievements. The excellent achievements of the selection are composed of the theoretical innovation award and the youth innovation award.
After 3 rounds of anonymous evaluation, candidates of 2011~2015 and 2016 theoretical contribution award and youth innovation award have been selected recently. Our three professors, Chen Bin, Xie Kang and Xiao Jinghua, won the first prize in the 2011~2015 China information economics theoretical contribution award.
It is said that China Information Economics Society was founded in 1989 and it is a national non-profit academic organization consisting of personnel engaged in information economics scientific research, teaching and information economics practice. Its affiliated unit is the Renmin University of China, and the competent unit is the Ministry of Education. China Information Economics Society aims at uniting all the members, adhering to the four cardinal principles and the policy of "Letting a hundred flowers bloom, a hundred schools of thoughts contend" to develop information economics research, organize domestic and foreign academic exchanges, improve China's information economics and information management level. Meanwhile, it provides information consultation services to promote the development of China's information industry and facilitate informatization of the society and economy construction in our country, and to serve socialist modernization.
