SYSBS 30th Anniversary Serial Events – The 4th SYSBS International Week
Dating back from 2011, the International Week has been a part of annual event of SYSBS. This year, the 4th International Week still has high engagement among hundreds of international and local students.
With the topic of “The 30th Anniversary of SYSBS——Cultivation of the International Business Elites” , the 4th International week started from 24 to 30, which includes six activities: “International Week Opening Ceremony and Study Abroad Open Day”, ”Photo Exhibition of 10-year International Collaboration”, “Study Abroad Gallery”, “Enterprise Tour”, “Sino-Foreign Student Football Match” , “Red China Theme Party and Closing Ceremony”.
On the Opening Ceremony night, Prof. Xin Yu (Associate Dean of SYSBS) reviewed the internationalization progress of SYSBS and introduced the study abroad programs to students. In the booth-communication section, international students and senior students who have participated in the previous exchange programs shared their experience of studying abroad with local students at the booths. Impressed by the vivid and catching presentation, our students acquired more details about study-abroad programs.

On 24 and 26, the Photo Exhibition of 10-year International Collaboration and Study Abroad Gallery were held in the east campus. Students appreciated the customs and natural beauty of different countries from the photos taken by exchange students.
Enterprise tour of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Brewery Group Co., Ltd
On 28, local and foreign students visited the Guangzhou Zhujiang Brewery Group Co., Ltd, one of the most well-known enterprises in Guangzhou. , They visited the production line and tasted the fresh beer, acquiring great deal of knowledge about beer industry and Chinese corporate management.
On 29, international students teamed up with local students and played an exciting football match.

The Red China Theme Party and Closing Ceremony was held on 30, which provides an platform for international students to enjoy the charm of Chinese cultures. Local students knew more about western cultures through communicating with foreign students at the same time.

In a series of activities, local and international students were granted an opportunity to interact with each other, during which they has enhanced their global outlook, deepened their understanding and tolerance of the culture and spirit of different countries.
