Alumni of Department of Auditing Gathered to Celebrate 20th Anniversary of Graduation

On November 12th, SYSU celebrated its 87th birthday anniversary. Over forty SYSBS alumni from the class of 87’ came back to their alma mater and celebrated their 20th anniversary of graduation from the department of auditing. Also in attendance were: SYSBS CCP Secretary TAN Jinsong, Deputy CCP Secretary DAI Honghui, and Director of the Office of Career Development and Alumni ZENG Tao. A number of teachers who taught the class of 87’ came to the anniversary too.

Secretary TAN, on behalf of SYSBS, introduced the latest school developments to the alumni and encouraged them to pay more attention to the development of the school and university. Correspondingly, SYSBS will create more opportunities to benefit their personal development.

Under the theme of “Reunion with Maturity”, the alumni made a series of promotion materials, including photos from their freshmen year. Also, the alumni talked to their teachers about their recent developments and their experiences during the past 20 years.

To express their love for SYSBS, the alumni donated a work of the famous painter ZENG Xiangyang. Moreover, two trees will be dedicated to the alumni. They will be planted by Song Yuan Lake on the north of Shansi Hall.

Later, the alumni took a photograph with their teachers and proceeded to a teacher-appreciation banquet at Ju Yuan. During the banquet they proposed a toast to a glorious future for SYSBS and success for one another.
