On Jan 24th, 2018, the list of members of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was approved at the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC. Jiang Hongfeng, non-party personage, chief partner and chief accountant of GP Certified Public Accountants. He served as executive director of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accounts, vice president of Guangdong Institute of Certified Public Accounts, member of Guangdong CPPCC, president of Guangzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants and vice president of Guangzhou Association of Politically Unaffiliated Intellectuals. Jiang Hongfeng was awarded the title of "The 3rd Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" of Guangdong in 2010, "Actively Supporting Party Construction (non-party) Partner" by the Guangdong CPA industry, and "Model Worker in Guangzhou", "National Advanced Accounting Workers (CPA industry)", "Labor Day Medal by National Federation of Trade Unions".
For a long time, with the love for his alma mater, Jiang Hongfeng has been very concerned about the development of the business school. At the back-to-school reunion of the 30th anniversary of graduation in 2017, his class set up the Emergency Assistance Fund of the Shan Si Education Fund of Sun Yat-sen University Business School for the faculty and staff, which is used to assist the faculty members of our school who are retired on the list and have difficulties in family life due to illness or accidental injury. He used to be the career instructor of our school and was always enthusiastic about providing career development advice to students, and provided a large number of internship and employment opportunities for students. He has participated in the donation of Li Xuerou Fund Scholarship for many times. He pays close attention to the growth of students in our school, and sets up the "GP Certified Public Accountants Talent Scholarship" which provides donation every year. On the basis of paying attention to students' academic performance, this award gives priority to students who have made outstanding achievements in student work, social practice, scientific research, literature and sports, etc., and encourages students to take part in more extracurricular activities while studying their majors, so as to enhance their overall quality. In 2014, Jiang Hongfeng was honored as "Moving Sun Yat-sun" alumni figure.
