The School of Business successfully held the orientation training for new faculty and staff in the fall semester of 2022
From August 25th to 26th, 2022, the School of Business, as a branch venue of the university, successfully organized and completed the comprehensive orientation training for new faculty and staff in 2022. 12 faculties participated in the training.
The faculties carefully listened to the introduction of the university's history, basic situation and important policies and systems by the heads of the university's functional departments, experts and scholars, and had an in-depth understanding of the university's history and situation, the business scope and organizational rules of the university's management services, and the discipliner requirements, bottom line and red line.

During the period, the School of Business organized a symposium at the branch venue. Secretary Xie Manhua first expressed warm welcome and sincere greetings to the faculties on behalf of the school. She briefly introduced the history, development status, challenges and opportunities of the school from an overall and macro perspective.
Associate Dean Qin Xin shared his experience in academic research. Director Chen Rongrong introduced the cultural construction of the school and the construction progress of the Lanyuan No. 6 Building in the East Campus.
The new faculty and staff introduced themselves one by one, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of the school based on their own situations.
