On March 12th, 2025, the first session of the Student Affairs Research and Innovation Camp of the Economics and Management Department of Sun Yat-sen University was successfully held in the Literature Garden, Shenzhen Campus. Jin Xiangpeng- Minister of theStudent Affairs Departmentof Party Committee, and Huang Hanzi- Director of the Comprehensive Management Office ofStudent Affairs Department of Party Committeegraced the event with their presence and delivered guidance. The first session of the Research and Innovation Camp was themed "Pilot First, Innovation Leading", focusing on "Interdisciplinary Integration, Innovation-drivenDevelopment, Multi-party Synergy, and Transformational Development". Through the collaborative effortsfrom theEconomics and ManagementDepartment, the campaims to explore a pioneering model for student affairs in the new era of New Liberal Arts.
